It’s the last FP before Xmas which means we’ll be all festive! Possibly drunk on mulled wine and definitely brimming over with festive cheer! All the bangers will beplayed as you’d expect but with a few christmassy curveballs thrown in to geyou all in the mood. It’s always a massive night, some get your crap jumpers on and do the dad dance!

As Cambridge Uni break up for Xmas at the end of November (lucky things!) we like to throw an early xmas party every year just to say thanks and to get into the spirit of things early on! Look out for xmas anthems (one’s that we can stomach anyway) and quite possibly a few mince pies! Monday 30th November at The Fez Club!

We have tee shirt giveaways in Cambridge and Bristol over the next couple of weeks, then come the RAVES, and a bunch of wintry snow parties just before christmas arrives. Monday 22nd December sees all the FP DJs converge on the Fez Club in Cambridge for the final Fat Poppadaddys party before Christmas. It’s going to be a mammoth party which will see all the players jostling for space on the decks and showing off a few moves and routines… Come along and meet up with all your buds for a nice pre-xmas drinks and dancing.

It all goes so fast! Freshers week feels like only yesterday and for us, every week is a bit of a mad freshers week style party. We’ve had a bunch of hot parties including raves in Cambridge and Bournemouth and of course the mighty, mighty 3D Rave in Southampton. It seems the ‘credit crunch’ hasn’t affected you guys too badly as you’re all still coming out to play weekly!

We’re heading towards Christmas (which you can barely miss if you ever go into a city centre or a supermarket!) which means for you students a lovely bit of time off and for Fat Popps a chance to dig out some wicked leftfield xmas tunes. Look out for a nice xmas mix to be put up on here shortly…

Look out for our end of term xmas parties over the next month and a bit, full details will be posted into the city catagories as soon as they’re finalised!

Also, we’re doing a special NYE party this year – keep those mince pies peeled for details of DJs and tickets, venue etc… it’ll be the motherflipping awesomest night out in town that night!
