The objective of this Terms of Service Policy for Facebook Applications (“TOS Policy”) is for Fat Poppadaddys Ltd (“Provider”) to provide the Facebook user (“User”) that utilise our Facebook Applications (“Apps”), the terms of service in respect of the Apps. By using the Apps, you agree to the TOS Policy. If you do NOT accept the TOS, do NOT use the Apps.

FP Guestlist
3.1 Service Usage Fat Poppadaddys Ltd offers the user the usage of the Apps without charge. The FP Guestlist App allows the user to add themselves to any guestlist we are currently offering to our clubnights. This does not guarantee entry to the event. We will request the use of the users email address, first name and last name to make a guestlist voucher available to the user.
3.2 Delivery Fat Poppadaddys Ltd does not guarantee the availability of the Apps to the user or the safety of any system connected to its network. This includes for example, but is nor limited to, virus and hacker activities
3.3 Service Interruption From time to time, the provider may interrupt the service for operational reasons, determined in the sole discretion of the provider. The user releases and agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the provider from and against any and all claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages arising in connection with such interruptions.
3.4 Use of the service is at the sole risk of the user.
4.1 User is solely responsible for the safety of their hardware, software and data in connection with usage of the Apps.
4.2 User is liable for their actions in connection with usage of the Apps.
4.3 The User is not permitted to
4.3.1 Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable laws, rules or regulations
4.3.2 Use the Apps with any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, inflammatory, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable and content for which the user does not have a legal right to
4.3.3 Use the Apps to impersonate the Provider or another user of the Apps
4.3.4 Use the Apps with any content that infringes any intellectual property of another party
4.3.5 Use the Apps for a commercial purpose, for example, without limitation, such as generating revenue, advertising or affiliate
4.3.6 Interfere with the delivery of the Apps, including the provider, host, network
4.3.7 Modify, test, decompile, disassemble, copy, or change the Apps in anyway
4.3.8 Respect the intellectual property of the Provider, being copyrighted material, trademarks and related proprietary information. This includes, but is not limited to text, images, software, photo, video, graphics and sound.
The Provider is not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary) in connection with the Apps.
